Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Unfollowers Tracker for IG browser extension (“the extension”), operated by DevLinkers (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or using the extension, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the extension.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your personal use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the extension or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source beyond what the law allows
• Use it to access or collect data belonging to anyone other than yourself
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Instagram and acceptable use

The extension reads only your own data, through your own logged-in Instagram session. You are responsible for using it in accordance with Instagram’s Terms of Use and applicable law. The extension is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Read-only and accuracy

The extension only reads and reports — it never changes your account. The information it shows is derived from Instagram’s own interface and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. It is provided for informational purposes only.

Pro purchases and refunds

Pro is an optional one-time purchase processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Your purchase grants a license key that unlocks Pro features. Refunds are handled according to Polar’s policy; for any purchase question, contact us at contact@devlinkers.com.

Disclaimer of warranties

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will keep working if Instagram changes its website or interfaces.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevLinkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension, if any.

Changes

We may update the extension or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser, which removes its locally stored data.
